Where we ship

  • United States (lower 48): Free standard shipping, 5–8 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico — additional carrier surcharge applies.
  • Canada: Free standard shipping, 7–10 business days.
  • United Kingdom: Free standard shipping, 6–9 business days, duties prepaid.
  • European Union: Free standard shipping, 7–12 business days, duties prepaid.
  • Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore: Paid shipping at checkout, 7–14 business days.
  • Rest of world: Contact business@jadocam.com for a quote.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM UTC+8 on a business day ship same-day. Orders placed weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Expedited shipping

Available at checkout. US: 2–3 business days. International: 3–5 business days. Fee calculated by carrier based on weight and destination.

Duties and taxes

US, UK, EU customers: duties and import VAT are prepaid by JADOCAM. The checkout total is the final price.

Other regions: customer is responsible for duties or taxes assessed at delivery.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking email within 24 hours of order shipment. Track via the carrier link or log into your JADOCAM account.

Damaged or missing shipments

Email support@jadocam.com within 7 days of expected delivery. We file the carrier claim and ship a replacement immediately.

Address changes

Contact us within 4 hours of placing your order to change shipping address. After that the order is usually in carrier hands.
