Is the JADOCAM app free?
Yes. The JADOCAM app is completely free to download and use. No subscriptions, in-app purchases, or cloud storage fees.
What phones are compatible?
The JADOCAM app supports iOS 12 and above (iPhone 6s or newer) and Android 8.0 and above. Most modern smartphones are compatible.
Do all JADOCAM models support the app?
Wi-Fi-enabled models support the full app experience. Models without Wi-Fi can still be used with the SD card directly. Check your product's specifications for Wi-Fi support.
Can I use the app while driving?
The app is designed for use when the vehicle is stationary. We strongly recommend against using your phone while driving. The camera records independently without requiring the app.
How do I update my camera's firmware?
Open the JADOCAM app while connected to your camera. If a firmware update is available, you'll see a notification in the settings menu. Tap to download and install — the process takes 2–5 minutes.
